Activities Group activities paid by AFSS take place over the weekend. These include:
These are mainly outdoor activities apart from the swimming which is held in the subtropical paradise at the plaza, therefore weather does not effect swimming. RESIDENTIAL PEER EDUCATION AFSS organises Residential Education Weekends. The aim: to engage young people in discussions and debates on everyday issues
Safety At African Families Support Services we take pride in making sure that all our staff and volunteers are police checked. AFSS has registered with Criminal Records Bureau.We also make sure that there is a qualified first Aid person available on the trip. Plus all the venues have medical facilities and a doctor on call throughout the weekend. Insurance African Families Support Services has made sure you are covered by insurance during the period trip starting from Friday, till when we bring you back safely on Monday afternoon. We also take out extra insurance at Center Parcs so that you are given extra cover during your stay.
