OUTREACH WORK
AFSS provides one to one support to people and their families who are affected with HIV/AIDS. This is done through home, hospital, drop in visits and focus groups.

SUPPORT GROUPS
AFSS support and focus groups are organized to discuss issues relating to HIV prevention, sexual health and social care for people affected with HIV/AIDS and their families.

REFERALS AND SIGN—POSTING
Referrals are accepted from anyone, e.g. professionals,
community people, families, friends and self referrals Users are referred and Sign-posted into other services and programmes to enable them address issues, get support and to access a variety of services.
