About Us

African Families Support Services is a charitable organisation based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey England and was established in 1999 to address issues relating to poverty, sickness, education, guidance, social exclusion, support and advice on social and health issues to African communities living in London in particular Refugees, Asylum seekers, Youth and those affected by HIV /AIDS.

We organise services to suit the changing needs of our clients.

We now provide School Crime Prevention and Reduction Workshops (Restorative Justice), Family Support work in Croydon and Surrey and also Sexual Health and HIV prevention work in Surrey and West Sussex.
AFSS was also funded by a UK based Charity to build a school for deaf children in Uganda.
